Permanent Jewelry Refund and Return Policy
I am committed to providing high-quality, custom-designed jewelry and ensuring that my customers are fully satisfied with their purchase. Please review the following guidelines regarding my refund, return, and repair policy for your permanent jewelry:
1. Non-Refundable Custom and Permanent Jewelry
As my jewelry is custom-designed and permanently affixed to your body, I am unable to offer refunds or exchanges once the installation has been completed. I encourage customers to carefully consider their purchase before proceeding with the installation.
2. Defective Jewelry
Should you experience any manufacturing defects with your permanent jewelry within 14 days of installation, I will gladly offer a repair or replacement at no additional cost. (After inspecting the issue) Please contact me immediately upon noticing any issues, and I will work with you to resolve the matter promptly.
3. Repair and Maintenance Services
In the event that your permanent jewelry requires adjustments or repairs after installation, I offer professional repair services for a fee. I will assess the issue and provide a detailed quote prior to any work being done. I am committed to ensuring your jewelry remains in optimal condition.
4. Sizing Adjustments
While I take great care to ensure the proper sizing of your permanent jewelry, should there be any issues with sizing immediately after installation, I will collaborate with you to make necessary adjustments. A fee for resizing may apply based on the nature of the adjustment.
5. Cancellation Terms
You may cancel your permanent jewelry appointment up to 24 hours in advance without incurring any fees. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will be subject to a cancellation fee.
6. Special Circumstances
In rare instances, such as jewelry damage during installation or allergic reactions, I may offer a full refund or exchange. Any such occurrences must be reported to me within 7 days of installation to ensure timely resolution.
7. Agreement to Policy
By purchasing and scheduling an installation of permanent jewelry with me, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this policy. I recommend that you review the terms carefully prior to finalizing your purchase or installation.
